Teton Sunset - Shane's Cabin
One February I stood in the cold for hours, gloved hands holding a freezing metal camera and tripod, and was rewarded by this evening display over the Tetons and Jackson Hole. The cabin in the foreground is on Gros Ventre Road near Grand Teton National Park. It was seen several times in the 1953 film, "Shane," with Alan Ladd. The cabin in the foreground is on Gros Ventre Road near Grand Teton National Park. It was seen several times in the 1953 film, "Shane," with Alan Ladd.
